I am an EMDR Europe accredited supervisor and consultant. I am also an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and an accredited member of the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies). As an accredited EMDR Consultant/Supervisor (Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing) I am a member of EMDR Association UK. Alongside my private practice, I have 15 years experience with NHS, providing assessment and evidence based psychological treatments for individuals with depression and anxiety. Currently, as well as my small private practice, I also work for a veterans charity where I provide psychological assessment and treatment for combat related PTSD and complex PTSD and I also provide specialist EMDR supervision to the NHS. I provide specialist CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) for adults from age 18 +, including couples and groups as well as other therapeutic approaches.

I also have specific interest and experience of working individuals who have experienced trauma(s) in childhood and experience depression in this context and/or complex PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).

Professional Qualifications: BSc Hons in Psychology and Sociology, PG Dip in Psychology, Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, PG Dip in CBT, EMDR Part I, II , III & IV.
